Eli's 2nd Birthday!!

Eli had a wonderful Birthday yesterday!!!! My mom and Jackie came to visit for the weekend to help celebrate. Eli loved having them here. In the morning we took the boys for pictures. They are amaing and I will post them soon. After Eli's nap we let him open his presents and then had cupcakes. It was laid back and wonderful!

My Little Boy is Growing Up!

Today was Eli's last day as a 1 year old!! I can't believe that tomorrow he will be 2 years old! These last 2 years have gone so fast. I remember how excited I was the day I found out I was pregnant with him. I remember the sheer joy I felt when he was born. I remember the tears of joy I shed while singing Happy Birthday to him last year. I love this little boy so much! I can't wait to celebrate his 2nd Birthday tomorrow!

Jude's First Tooth!!

Jude is getting his first tooth! I noticed yesterday and today the he has really been wanting to chew on everything. I checked his mouth yesterday and thought maybe there was a little bump under the gums and then I checked again today there is a little tooth poking through on the bottom right side. This is right around the same age when Eli got his first tooth. Jude has been a little fussy at times today but they haven't been bothering him too much. I haven't noticed much drool, but he has been sticking his tongue out all day!

The Colts and the Saints are going to the Superbowl!!!!!!! We couldn't ask for a better games today!!! We had such a fun day watching football! Eli really gets into the games. He loves watching them throw, catch, kick, and of course score a touchdown. He just doesn't care which team it is. :-) Jude was decked out in his Colts clothes. Unfortunately Eli has out grown his Colts gear. I was going to put him in his new football shirt, but it was Green so I decided against it. :-)

When we tell Eli to run for a touchdown he takes the football and runs into the kitchen with a big smile on his face, it is so cute!

My Big Boys!!

I was holding Jude this morning while feeding Eli breakfast and Eli kept saying hold you hold you. So I got Eli out of his chair and put Jude in it. Of course while I put Jude in Eli's chair, Eli took over my chair! They both seemed to enjoy it!

This is the first time Jude has sat in the booster seat. Once we start feeding Jude baby food this will become his seat and Eli will move to a different booster seat. Eli is definately not ready to sit in a regular chair!!!!
