Isabel's Baptism

Today was Isabel Annette's baptism and it was such a beautiful day. We were able to celebrate this wonderful occasion with our family and friends. My heart is overjoyed just thinking of what this means for my baby girl. I know that we are setting her up on the right path for life.

Isabel at 3 Months 10/5/11

Another month has passed too fast. My baby girl is getting so big. She is such a fun little girl and I love her more and more each day. I can't believe that she is already 3 months old. Isabel is such a smiley girl and she sure loves her momma. She smiles when she hears my voice and that sure makes me happy. I really can't believe how big she is getting. I just got out her 3-6 month clothes and they fit her great. I expected them to be a little big on her for awhile but they aren't. It won't be long until she is 6-9 month clothes. She is also about in size 2 diapers, we are on our last package of size 1a and then we will be moving up a size. She has got the same kissable cheeks that her brothers had when they were babies. (Jude still has his) :-). We had lots of fun taking pictures today! Isabel is either going to love Winnie the pooh or despise him because I am forcing him on her. Only time will tell, I hope that she likes him. :-)

A Day to Celebrate the #3

Today was a very big day in our house. Sweet baby Isabel turned 3 months old and her daddy celebrated his 30th birthday! Since Mike was not too keen on his new age we didn't mention the big 3-0 instead we just focused on the #3 for Isabel. Mike didn't want any mention of his birthday at all, but I couldn't deny the boys the chance to celebrate with their daddy so we made it a super special day!!

Isabel's First Little Laugh

For the past few days I have been saying Isabel was close to laughing. She would smile really big and take a big breath in and then nothing. But tonight we got to hear her first little laugh and it is music to my ears! My little girle likes Pat A Cake!! I have watched this video a few times :-) and I can't help but smile when I hear her little laugh. LOVE IT!!!

Beautiful Day

Today was such a gorgeous day!! Not too hot and not too cold! The kids and I had to get outside and enjoy it!
We went for a walk on the walking path in our neighborhood. The boys have enjoyed going for walks and being able to walk and run instead of ride in the stroller. The walking path is only 3 houses from us so the boys hold onto the stroller until we get to the walking path. Then they can go as long as they stop when I say to. They have fun and I have fun watching them explore. After our walk we came back home and colored with sidewalk chalk. It was such a wonderful evening with my kids! Love them to pieces!

Eli the Artist

Eli has always loved coloring and drawing but just recently he has actually started to draw real objects. I love seeing what he can come up with, I am so proud of him! Unfortunately none of his drawings have actually been on paper for me to keep, so I have to rely on pictures of his pictures. :-)

Isabel at 2 Months

2 months already?!? My happy little girl is 2 months old today and she is so much fun! I am overwhelmed with love for Isabel. She is an amazing little girl. She is so much more alert these days and loves to look around. She smiles all the time and is cooing constantly. This is such a fun age, especially since she has slept through the night for the last 3 nights!!!!! At 8 weeks old she has slept for 8-10 hours at night!!! AMAZING!!!! She goes on Friday for her 2 month check up and shots :-( so I will see how much she has grown in the last month.
